I hold a Master’s degree in Human Performance with a cognate in Strength and Conditioning, along with certifications as a TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator) and USAW-LVL1 (USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach).Experience & Mission
Before stepping into the fitness industry, I spent five years as an infantryman, currently in the Army reserves, where I honed skills in leadership, tactical operations, and resilience—qualities that now influence my coaching philosophy.As the founder of The Coaches Alliance Mentorship Program, I am committed to guiding new coaches in building strong technical skills, mastering communication, and developing a solid business foundation.My Philosophy
